Cancellation Policy

** Coaching Booking Policy** 1. Scheduling - Clients may schedule sessions for Individual or Relational coaching through the online booking system. Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the desired session date / time. Mindful Mentors Coaching reserves the right to reschedule appointments anytime for any reason. Scheduling is subject to Coach availability. 2. Cancellations / No Shows - Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee. 3. Holiday Hours - Mindful Mentors Coaching is closed on all federally recognized holidays; sessions may not be scheduled on these days. 4. Payment - Clients must pay for coaching sessions upfront and may, therefore, provide permission for a payment method to be charged per session or discounted bundle, as agreed upon with Mindful Mentors Coaching. Every Client is allowed one missed session without a financial penalty. Refunded cancellations due to extreme extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the Coach. Mindful Mentors Coaching will only provide refunds when it cannot fulfill an appointment. 6. Changes to Policies - Mindful Mentors Coaching reserves the right to modify or update this Booking Policy without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the company website. 7. Privacy Policy - Any identifying information provided by the Client or Coach may NOT be shared outside of the coaching environment. Clients are not permitted to film any part of the session for any reason. The Client agrees to the recording of sessions as a means to attain a thorough after-session summary; session recordings are deleted once the summary has been sent out or archived. The Client acknowledges that their Coach may not acknowledge the Client in public settings due to this confidentiality discretion. The Client is aware that none of the terms / services mentioned, discussed, or agreed to in this or any other setting with Mindful Mentors Coaching is HIPAA compliant. The Client may not share any company materials or information. Please review this Policy carefully before scheduling appointments with Mindful Mentors Coaching. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms herein.
