Cancellation Policy

**Support Group Booking Policy** 1. Joining a Group - Support Groups are open to anyone 18+ and meet once per week for 8 consecutive weeks virtually over Google Meets or Zoom. Clients may request to join a Group through the online booking system. Requests must be received within 72 hours of the desired group's start date. Mindful Mentors Coaching reserves the right to reschedule Group meetings at any time for any reason. 2. No-Shows - Clients may choose to attend a Support Group or not. The Group virtual waiting room is locked 15 minutes after the Group Session starts. All Support Groups are non-refundable. 3. Holiday Hours - Mindful Mentors Coaching is closed on all federally recognized holidays. Any Groups scheduled for these days will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date / time. 4. Payment - Clients must pay for Support Group sessions upfront and may, therefore, provide permission for a payment method to be charged per Group session or discounted bundle, as agreed upon with Mindful Mentors Coaching. Clients who do not pay in full prior to the Group appointment will not be allowed into the Group's virtual waiting room until a payment is received. ALL SUPPORT GROUPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 5. Client Conduct - Clients are expected to be respectful of other Group members and the Group Facilitator at all times. Harassment of Coaches or other participants will not be tolerated and will result in immediate Client termination from future Group sessions. 6. Changes to Policies - Mindful Mentors Coaching reserves the right to modify or update this Booking Policy without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the company website. 7. Privacy Policy - Any identifying information provided by the Client, Facilitator, or other Group participants may NOT be shared outside of the coaching environment. Clients are not permitted to film any part of the session for any reason. The Client acknowledges that their Facilitator may not acknowledge the Client in public settings due to this confidentiality discretion. The Client is aware that none of the terms / services mentioned, discussed, or agreed to in this or any other setting with Mindful Mentors Coaching is HIPAA compliant. The Client may not share any company materials or information. Please review this Policy carefully before scheduling appointments with Mindful Mentors Coaching. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms herein.
